Locally Loved Peppermint Crisp Tart

The Locally Loved Peppermint Crisp Tart Includes:

• 4 × Tubs Ayrshire Whipping Cream
• 3 × Cans Nestlé Caramel Treat
• 3 × Packets Bakers Tennis Biscuits
• 4 × Nestlé Peppermint Crisp Chocolate

Method & Recipe:

Whip the cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the caramel to loosen and achieve a smooth texture. Gently fold the caramel into the whipped cream, then mix in most of the chopped chocolate, reserving a portion for topping.

Line a dish with a layer of Tennis biscuits. Spread over half of the caramel mixture, then add another layer of biscuits. Top with the remaining caramel mixture.

Finish by sprinkling the reserved Peppermint Crisp pieces over the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 7 hours before serving.
