Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancelation Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly and we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made on our Nox online shop. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

  1. Refunds and Cancellations made more than one month (30 days) prior to the booked date will be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Cancellations made within one month (30 days) of the booked date will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we may consider rescheduling your order based on availability, but refunds will not be provided within the one-month period.

  4. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated to us via email or phone call, and confirmation of cancellation will be provided in writing.

  5. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to maintain the quality of our services and delivering exceptional experiences for our valued guests. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

INHOUSE EXPERIENCES - PLEASE NOTE: 

In-house experiences, including Chef Experiences, Massages, and Spa Treatments, are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs at least 2 months prior to the booking date. However, we are happy to accommodate rescheduling to our next available date and time. We thank you for your understanding.

CUSTOM CELEBRATION REQUESTS - PLEASE NOTE: 

Please note that our custom celebration requests necessitate a minimum 7-day notice period for preparations and orders, excluding weekend orders. We will need a full week to plan and coordinate your special requests. Any alterations to the booking must be made at least 5 days before the arrival date. Cancellations are only permissible if requested at least 1 month prior to the arrival date and if the request is still in the planning stage.
