How To Order

We have curated a selection of products and experiences to help you to get the most out of your stay. Simply select the options you would like to purchase, and we’ll ensure that they are waiting for you when you arrive at your property.

Placing your order is easy:

1. Choose the products you would like order and adding them to your cart.
2. Once in your cart, enter your booking reference number in the field labelled "Booking Reference Number". If you don’t have your reference number please enter as much information as possible to identify your booking, such as the property name and the arrival date.
3. Complete your order by making payment. There is no need to enter a delivery address.
4. Your order will be waiting for you at your booked accommodation on arrival.
5. If your order is placed less than 24 hours in advance of your arrival it may not be waiting for you on arrival, but will be delivered to your accommodation ASAP.
