How To Order on the Nox Store

We have curated a selection of products and experiences to help you to get the most out of your stay. Once your order is placed, The Nox Guest Services Team will ensure this is delivered to your property for your arrival and or as soon as possible. 

Placing your order is easy, just follow the below steps:

  1. Simply select the products you would like to order by adding them to your cart.
  2. Once you have everything you would like to purchase, go to the "View my Cart" page, Add in your details in the Order Notes section.
  3. If you have any special requests please add them to "Order Notes". If you don’t have your reference number please enter as much information; such as the property name and or the arrival date.
  4. Complete your order by making payment. There is no need to enter a delivery address.
  5. Our guest services team will ensure your Order & Experiences are coordinated as soon as possible. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following day.
  6. Leave the details to us and enjoy a truly effortless experience.

 

Please note: that some items and experiences require advance notice, and availability for last-minute orders cannot always be guaranteed.
