How to Book

The booking process is simple.

Check out their website for the most up to date pricing and find the car that’s right for you.
Message them via business Whatsapp account to discuss availability, options and pricing or book online.
Submit a clear picture of your driver's license and proof of accommodation
Sign the rental agreement and Veloce Manual Card Entry Authorisation form
Pay the rental charges and deposit via our online payment gateway or in store at our offices in the Cape Quarter, Greenpoint. Remember, as a Nox guest, you qualify for a 10% discount. Please use the code Nox10.
Have the car delivered or come collect the vehicle from their offices in the Cape Quarter, Greenpoint.

Terms and Conditions

The Renter is liable for all parking and traffic violations, including an administration fee of R500.00 per traffic offence. The Renter is further responsible for all Toll Fees levied during the rental period.
If the Renter wishes to extend the rental period Veloce must be contacted 6 hours in advance of the original return date and any additional rental days will be charged immediately and in advance directly to the Hirer’s account. A R2000.00 penalty is applicable to any and all overdue rentals per overdue period.
A Damage / Loss Claim Handling Fee is applicable per incident in the event of any damage or loss to the vehicle.
In the event of Single Vehicle Accident, the renter will be liable for double the standard excess. Please refer to the Veloce Rental T&Cs at www.veloceluxurycarrental.co.za/legal for further information.
If an accident occurs (a) it must be reported immediately to the Company, (b) the details of all persons involved and any witness(es) and the police should be obtained and a sketch plan should be made. You must not make any admission that you were at fault nor make or promise any payment. I hereby acknowledge receipt of the above car in good condition and including the accessories for the vehicle of which I accept full responsibility and for which I shall make full payment if found missing on return ie: Spare Wheel, Brace and Jack.
All vehicles are sent for refueling upon return regardless of the fuel gauge reflecting a full tank. In the event where the vehicle requires more than 1L to be filled a refueling fee of R300, is applicable.
This agreement is subject to the signing and acceptance of the Veloce Manual Card Authorization.
The condition of the vehicle is recorded as per time stamped electronic photographic recordings of the interior, exterior, rims and wheel condition any damage to the vehicle will be treated as per Veloce's Terms & Conditions.
No smoking, eating or drinking is permitted in the vehicle - evidence to the contrary may result in loss of deposit.
